SARAH PHILLIPS
MS, LPC, CFT, CFE

Sarah is a graduate of John Brown University with her Masters Degree in Community Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. She is originally from Nebraska, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has additional training as a Compassion Fatigue Therapist and Educator, as well as in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Sarah has worked with individuals, families and children for over 10 years in the various areas of private practice, nonprofit, school based counseling, and in ministry. She is passionate about helping people find hope and healing in whatever they are facing. Sarah has experience working with those who have been impacted by compassion fatigue, burnout, abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety and grief. Her training as a compassion fatigue therapist stems from her own journey of healing. She now has a desire to see those who are working in the helping professions find restoration and renewed compassion in their work.

Sarah and her husband enjoy raising their 3 children in Northwest Arkansas. They love spending time in nature, serving their church family, and any chance to have an adventure doing something new together. Sarah is known for her love of planting flowers, cooking and baking, painting, and is always up for a coffee or having chips and salsa with friends.
